Sean Kelley began his professional career in 2010 with the Austin Aztex. He played one match in Austin, spending the rest of the season as Miguel Gallardo’s back-up. Kelley then became a household name for fans in Orlando in 2011, substituting in for Gallardo in the 2011 USL PRO Championship match, making key saves to propel the Lions to secure the title.
Kelley then made three starts in 2012, recording an impressive .571 GAA in the three games. The Kentucky native tested the free agency waters after the 2012 year before re-signing with the team late in the 2013 preseason.
