2014 ESPN Wide World of Sports Game Day Information
To make sure that other Orlando City fans don’t miss any of the action on the pitch, please refrain from walking across the walkways in front of the stands during play.
We strongly encourage all supporters to exercise responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages and with help in doing so, all alcohol sales will end at the 70th minute mark of the game.

Code of Conduct
All fans and spectators are expected to comply with Orlando City SC’s Code of Conduct and the failure to do so may result in ejection from the game. Orlando City does not condone misbehavior of any kind.

All stadium entrances will be open one hour prior to game time.
Being prepared for an emergency is one of the most important things for Orlando City fans to remember. Make sure to familiarize yourself with the closest exit in your area. Families or groups should pre-designate a meeting location outside the stadium in the event that they become separated in an emergency. If you have any questions about the nearest exit locations, please ask one of our Staff Members or ESPN Wide World of Sports representatives for assistance. Always remember to remain calm and follow the instructions of the staff and public distress announcements. For everyone’s safety, please evacuate your area in an orderly manner.
First Aid Locations
Orlando City has two Orlando Health First Aid Locations that are available to assist fans throughout each event and they are located at (TBD).
Children ages (TBD) and under do not require a ticket for admission. With that being said, children must occupy their parent’s lap only since all seats are ticketed.
Lost and Found
Should you misplace an item or find something that belongs to another fan during your visit to ESPN Wide World of Sports, please visit one of the (TBD). Fans inquiring about lost items should call (TBD). Lost items are held in storage for 30 days and then are donated to a local charity. Orlando City SC and ESPN Wide of Sports cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
Lost Children and Guests
Children who are separated from their family or friends may be escorted by a game day staff member to the closest (TBD). All children are encouraged to stop by a (TBD) with a parent or guardian to get a Child Locator Wristband when they first arrive.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Lost or stolen tickets can be replaced only under certain circumstances. Please contact the Box Office (WHICH BOX OFFICE) for replacement guidelines.

There are (NUMBER) public restrooms located throughout ESPN Wide World of Sports. All men, women and family restrooms are ADA accessible and equipped with a baby changing station. Please ask any staff member for directions to the nearest restroom.
Tickets for Orlando City SC matches can be purchased in the following ways:
The will call windows are located at (TBD). They will be open 3 hours prior to kick-off and will close at halftime. Will Call tickets can be claimed only by the person whose name appears on the will call ticket envelope and state or government photo identification is required along with credit card verification.
In accordance with current League Best Practices for game day security, all fans may be subject to security inspection prior to entry into an Orlando City game. The inspection will include a bag check and a physical inspection of all items brought inside the facility.
