By The Numbers: Back-To-Back Matches This WeekendLions square off against Dayton and Pittsburgh Friday and Saturday
Orlando City is on the road for the next couple of weeks, and kicking off the four-game road swing are matches against the Dayton Dutch Lions and Pittsburgh Riverhounds on Friday and Saturday.

Matthew Luzunaris is tied for 13th with the two Dutch Lions with 7 points in 2012 as well. 1- Orlando City has only lost one game in 2012. The Lions fell on the road to the Wilmington Hammerheads earlier in the season by a score of 3-1. Since then, Orlando has won three straight matches to improve to 10-1-2 on the year. 2- Orlando City will be playing back-to-back games this weekend, both away, to Dayton on Friday then Pittsburgh on Saturday. This is the first time in franchise history the club has played back-to-back matches on the road. 6- Matt Williams (goalkeeper for Dayton) has recorded six shutouts this season. Orlandos Miguel Gallardo has four shutouts so far in 2012. 15- Amount of matches Orlando City won last season, capturing their first USL PRO regular season title with a record of 15-3-6. City has won 10 games so far in 2012, with 11 matches left in the regular season. 4- Pittsburgh has a league-leading four players in the top six of the fouls committed category so far in 2012. Shintaro Harada, Nikola Katic, Anthony Calvano and Mike R. Seth rank third, fifth and sixth (tied) in fouls, respectively. |
